Zystitis cystica: Zystoskopie und Therapie.

Definition

Die Zystitis cystica ist eine seltene urotheliale Entzündungsreaktion des Ureterurothels mit blasenartigen Auftreibungen der Schleimhaut [Abb. Zystoskopie Zystitis cystica].

Ätiologie und Pathologie der Zystitis cystica

Die Zystitis cystica ist eine unklare entzündliche Reaktion des Urothels auf Infektionen oder mechanische Irritationen. Es entstehen subepitheliale Vesikel von wenigen Millimetern Größe. In der Harnblase wird die Zystitis cystica am häufigsten im Trigonumbereich gefunden.

Klinik der Zystitis cystica

In der Regel ohne Beschwerden, möglich sind Hämaturie oder Symptome einer Harnwegsinfektion.

Diagnostik der Zystitis cystica

Zystoskopie:

eine Biopsie der Läsion ist i. d. R. nicht notwendig.

Therapie der Zystitis cystica

Die Zystitis cystica selbst muss nicht behandelt werden. Eine Besserung wird nach Therapie der Auslöser eintreten: z. B. antibiotische Therapie einer Harnwegsinfektion.
