Robinson-Drainage

Drainageprinzip der Robinsondrainage:

Geschlossene Wunddrainage ohne Sog (Schwerkraftprinzip). Die Robinsondrainage besteht aus einem flexiblem Silikon-Rohr (12–30 Ch), am Ende sind einzelne größere Perforationen.

Urologische Indikationen für eine Robinson-Drainage:

Drainierung der Bauch- oder Beckenhöhle. Bei folgenden Indikationen wird allgemein die Drainierung der Bauch- oder Beckenhöhle empfohlen:


Bei unkomplizierten abdominellen Eingriffen ohne o.g. Kriterien (z.B. Tumornephrektomie oder Adrenalektomie) kann im Analogieschluss der Studienlage von nicht urologischen Eingriffen auf eine Drainage verzichtet werden (Gurusamy und Samraj, 2007). Selbst bei Eingriffen mit anerkannter Indikation für eine Drainage wie die radikale retropubische Prostatektomie sind erfolgreiche Serien ohne Drainageneinlage (n=600) publiziert worden (Sachedina et al., 2009).
